Privacy

A starting point. Check it against the law where you and your users are before you launch.

What we store

• Your username, email address, and a hash of your password — never the password itself.
• What you post, upload, buy, sell and trade.
• IP addresses you sign in from, used to enforce bans and catch abuse.
• A cookie that keeps you signed in. Nothing is used for advertising.

What we share

Nothing with anyone, unless the law requires it.

Your data

Ask and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete your account. Posts you made may remain with your name removed, so conversations other people took part in stay readable.

Children

If your community includes children, check what your local law requires of you — this section in particular is not something to leave as boilerplate.
